So, I've copied and pasted her comment here. :)

Posted by Willoughby at December 4, 2009 10:10 PM

I have the same problem! I keep printed recipes, recipes torn from magazine pages and handwritten recipes in a binder. It's so full that it is splitting along the spine. I need to go through and get rid of the ones my family didn't like and the ones I'm not very likely to try. I'm on an organization kick lately, so I may clean it out over the weekend.

Uhmmm......you may want to consider an additional ...

Uhmmm......you may want to consider an additional binder or three! Perhaps separate binders; one for breads, one for veggies, etc. I like to put recipe print-outs in those clear plastic sleeves found at any discount store or office supply (usually 50-100 per box). Two recipes (front & back) will fit in one sleeve, and you don't have to deal with torn paper holes. If you want to make notes just slip the recipe out of the sleeve. When cooking, remove recipe from binder (sleeve and all) and it stays neat and clean.
Just a system that works well for me.

OMG!
